During our family vacation to Disneyland, I took this photo while waiting in line for the new Radiator Springs Racer ride in Carsland at California Adventure. This shot was trick to grab with the forground in the shadow by the background in bright daylight. This was accomplished without HDR mode, but rather just setting the exposure manually with a slightly longer exposure than necessary but with a fill flash to capture some of the foreground detail without blowing out the background.
